Alvor Flor do Sol (www.alvorboattrips.com) is a 12 m long and 2,70 m wide boat, equipped with 15 solar modules (2475 W) and 12 battery cells. This allows cruising without fuel, noise and CO2 emissions. All electrical equipment on board is powered by the solar installation. The boat was built over a period of 12 months and was considered as being of "Touristic interest".
